I am also sure I could not have enjoyed these pieces of food so much had it not been for the sessions of walking meditation which I had done for the first time in my life.

小朋友名叫薛芷羚,和媽媽一起來打禪。她和媽媽負責的「出坡」工作是收發課誦本,每每只見她和媽媽認真地做這件工作,感覺得到她積極、正向、樂觀的心態;小孩子天性活潑,有好多想像和問題,不能說話,放香的休息時間她就寫紙條和媽媽溝通。
